Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll get a confirmation email, then a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivered within 3-7 business days once shipped, depending on your location. Remote/rural areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹599 qualify for free delivery. Orders below ₹599 will incur a delivery charge, calculated and displayed at the checkout page.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders. A flat COD fee of ₹59 will be added to your order at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Tracking link sent via email/SMS once shipped.

6. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India. For international queries, write to houseofmisra@gmail.com.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
Check your tracking link first. No update, or believe it's lost? Contact houseofmisra@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with our courier partner.

8. Incorrect Address
Double-check your address at checkout. House of Misra isn't responsible for delays/non-delivery from an incorrect address. Contact us ASAP after ordering if you need to update it.
